On September 23, 2024, the Municipality of Acharnes, in collaboration with Ethos HUB, Horizon, and MUSOL, hosted a dissemination conference in order to share the results of the the UpCare project. 

Speakers from the project partners and local organisations participated in the event. One of the key speakers was Dr. Anastasia Pamuktsoglou, former President of the Pedagogical Institute and representative of the Women’s Union of Greece (Acharnes Branch), who talked about “Gender-based violence, Local Government and Women’s Organizations”. Additionally, social care professionals, trained as part of the UpCare project, shared their views and experience. Furthermore, the results of the comparative study on perceptions of gender equality in Greece and Spain were presented.
